Sherie I love the way the bag turned out, she will love it. Love the family pictures. Love the ducks. Boy ducks are prettier than the girl ducks because the girl ducks are smarter?!?!?! I don't know, just a thought....

Ok I finally figured it all out ... man I am SLOWWW ...
Male ducks are pretty so they get shot/killed and the mom doesn't she's wearing camo... so it is kinda the opposite of us...hahaha. I figure you probably already knew that but there it is I am a kill joy...
I LOVE the bag where are the buttons from? Did you make the scarf that you were wearing in the pic that looks scrumptous!
How is the little boy doing is he out of the hospital yet? That is so nice of you to make them some fun things I am sure they really appreciate it!
You have to do something with the basic grey sis, i just did a basic (haha) 6 inch piece square quilt, the fabric is sooo pretty that i thought simple would work, and it did, going to see if maybe beckys mom will quilt it!!! The berries are from the potato vine in the back, love the purply bluey color, Jess, the buttons were from the yarn store in placerville, out of the bargain bin, thought they worked good, what is it about making bags and putting stuff on them, it is so much fun!
